The agreement between you and us when you browse this store or place an order on it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
This website is owned and operated by SLAYZE ENTERPRISES One Person Company (OPC), One Person Company (OPC) incorporated in India, trading as Slaayze. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means anyone who visits the site or places an order on it.
We are the seller of record for everything listed here. This is not a marketplace and there are no third-party sellers on the site. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms, our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy, which together form one agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. Boys' clothing is sold to adults buying on a child's behalf. We deliver only within India.
You may order as a guest or with an account. Either way, the name, mobile number, email address and delivery address you give us must be accurate and current — almost every failed delivery traces back to a wrong number or an incomplete address.
You are responsible for keeping any account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may decline, hold or cancel an order where the details appear false, incomplete or automated, where an order is flagged by our fraud checks, or where an address has repeatedly refused cash-on-delivery parcels. Any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Every listing carries its own description, fabric, fit and the sizes available for that piece. Sizes are shown as the manufacturer supplies them — alpha sizes for men's apparel, waist or waist and inseam for trousers, and age ranges for boys' pieces — with the measurements given on the product page. Read those before choosing.
Colour on a screen varies with your display, and apparel measurements carry a normal tolerance of about half an inch. Neither is treated as a defect. Anything beyond that is, and is covered by the refund policy.
Stock is shown live but can sell out between the moment you add a piece to the bag and the moment you pay. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund it in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The amount shown on the final checkout screen is the total payable: there are no delivery charges, handling fees, convenience fees or cash-on-delivery charges added afterwards. The GST component is broken out on the order summary and on your tax invoice.
A GST invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you with the dispatch confirmation.
Where a strike-through price is displayed, it is the maximum retail price or our own earlier selling price for that item, and the discount shown is a real reduction against it. We do not inflate a reference price to manufacture a discount.
Prices and offers may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you promptly.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms only when we confirm the order by email and, for prepaid orders, the payment is confirmed by the gateway. An on-screen confirmation or a debit from your account does not by itself create a contract if we have not accepted the order.
Each order gets a reference beginning with the store's order prefix. Quote it in every message about that order.
We accept UPI through our payment gateway partner, and cash on delivery where the pincode supports it. Payment pages are hosted by the gateway; we never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking credentials or OTP.
If money is debited but the order does not confirm, the transaction has failed at the gateway and is reversed by your bank, normally within 5–7 business days. Do not re-order against the same bag until the status settles; if you are charged twice for one order, we refund the duplicate in full.
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days and typically delivered in 5–9 business days, with remote pincodes taking longer. Delivery dates are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.
Serviceability is checked against your six-digit pincode at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in the shipping & delivery policy.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Returns can be raised within 7 days of delivery, and damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The Slaayze name and marks, the site design, its code, photography, illustrations, product descriptions and layout are owned by us or licensed to us and protected under Indian law. Nothing on the site transfers any right in them to you.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use needs our written permission first.
We stand behind what we sell. Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your remedy is a free replacement or a full refund under the refund policy, and we bear the cost of getting it back.
Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a courier delay outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
We are not in breach of these terms for a delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control — natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, strike, civil unrest, war, courier or network failure, power outage, or an act of government. Where such an event materially delays an order, we will tell you and you may cancel it for a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them or out of an order is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Before going to court, please raise the matter with us through grievance redressal — most things are settled there within a fortnight.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version here; the revision date at the top shows when. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
